Tissino has introduced Mont, a new shower tray collection designed to give bathroom retailers greater scope when responding to the growing demand for coordinated, colour-led bathroom schemes.

As customers move beyond purely functional choices and begin to treat the bathroom as a fully resolved interior, the role of the shower tray has shifted. Mont has been developed with this in mind, offering retailers a product that supports a more tailored approach to specification, while maintaining the performance credentials expected in a high-use environment.

The collection is defined by a clean, low-profile design, with a smooth surface and refined edge detail that allows it to sit comfortably across a wide range of installations, from minimal enclosures through to more layered, furniture-led schemes. Rather than competing with surrounding finishes, the tray integrates quietly, supporting a cohesive overall look.

A key point of difference for retailers is the breadth of colour offering. Mont is available in Matt White as standard, alongside a bespoke colour service that allows trays to be specified in Tissino furniture finishes within a six-week lead time, or in any RAL colour within eight weeks. This gives showrooms the ability to align trays with brassware, furniture or wall finishes, opening up more considered selling opportunities and higher-value project discussions.

Each tray is manufactured using Tissino’s Xenite material, a mineral-resin coating developed to deliver durability alongside a refined surface finish. The trays feature an antibacterial core and a smooth anti-slip surface with a Class B rating, offering reassurance for end users while supporting easy day-to-day maintenance. Resistance to scratches, UV exposure and impact makes the range well suited to both residential and light commercial applications.

Attention to detail extends to the inclusion of a colour-matched waste grate supplied as standard, ensuring a consistent finish across the tray without visual interruption. For installers, the ability to trim the tray by up to 100mm provides additional flexibility on site, helping to accommodate more complex layouts or retrofit scenarios.
