Provider of AI-driven software, Cyncly, has appointed Steve Warfield as chief customer officer (CCO). Leading Cyncly’s global customer organisation, Warfield will take responsibility for the customer experience, including onboarding, enablement, customer support, and customer success.

Warfield recently served as vice president of customer service and technical support at Zendesk, a leading customer experience software provider. In his new role, he will focus on delivering a consistent and connected experience across Cyncly’s entire software portfolio, helping customers understand how the company’s software can benefit them.
