Mixer Taps meet new NHS Guidelines
The new MARKWIK 21 Insulate range of mixer taps by Ideal Standard has been developed to specifically meet the NHS guidelines and reduce the risk of Legionella and bacteria growth. The NHS guidelines (HFN30) are focussed on the need to eliminate ‘swan-neck’ taps from hospitals. Swan-neck taps allow water to remain in the spout after use, providing a haven for bacteria.
