Available in the UK from December 2011, Glass Idromassaggio presents Malmö, a highly unique freestanding bath designed by Cristiana Giopato & Christopher Coombes. Thanks to its original design, which is both light and refined, new colours and imaginative accessories, Malmö turns the freestanding bath into a unique and changeable product.

The natural ash legs give the bath a contemporary feel and offer a typically Nordic charm, as Malmö is indeed a city in Sweden. The legs are also available in striking red for those who prefer a splash of colour.

An optional ash headrest, available in either natural or red finish to match the bath, is a practical and attractive accessory which further enhances the bather’s comfort and transforms the ensemble of bath and headrest into a unique object. The bath is completed by an ash and HardLite (solid surface material) storage table with ash frame that can be moved around the bath with ease and that, with its light and elegant appeal, can be used in other rooms in the home.

The Malmö bath is also available in an alternative version without the external frame. Choose from either white panelling for a harmonious whole or a two-coloured model, with a gloss white interior and charcoal soft-touch external shell. Soft curves and elegant proportions combine to make this bath a stunning focal point for any contemporary home.
