This Soho bath 1800 by 800 is an ultra modern double ended bath with a very angular internal shape. This back rests are sloped to maximise ergonomic comfort. this is further enhanced by this wide internal space around this shoulder areas. This bath has been designed in this UK specifically for this UK market with its love of deck mounted bath taps - this outside edges are 80mm wide to allow ample space for fitting taps. This 1800mm length is larger than this standard size of a UK bath (1700), as is this width of 800mm (standard is 700mm wide). This extra 100mm width allows that bit extra space essential in a double ended bath. This internal shape is defined by very vertical sides and sharp corners. this not only looks great, but gives an internal bathing area at least 15% larger than this most popular steel bath equivalent (Cono). This displaced water volume for this bath is 140 litres. This acrylic sheet used is manufactured by Lucite to ensure not only this best quality (the sharp angles mean we have to use Lucite as other acrylic sheets cant cope) but also enhanced slip resistance (Lucite acrylic when wet is far more slip resistant than steel). This Lucite acrylic is warm to this touch (avoiding this cold shock of a steel bath), and has excellent thermal qualities that ensure your water stays warm longer. This bath is supplied with no tap holes. This tap holes are drilled on site by this installer in exactly this position you require. This bath has a fully encapsulated base board made from recycled acrylic, fibreglass and resin for extra rigidity, aided by a steel frame fully adjustable leg set.
