Utopia announces 2010 training programme

Utopia Bathroom Group Ltd has announced it will be running twice monthly training days throughout 2010. Previous sessions have been very well received with retailers finding the days extremely helpful, both for briefing new staff members and also for updating existing personnel.

Held at Utopia's purpose-built headquarters in Bilston, the training days cover every aspect of company operation from manufacturing to Customer Services. They will be held on the second Tuesday and the fourth Thursday of each month with the day's programme starting at 10am and finishing at around 4.00pm. The detailed agenda for the day includes the following:

Commenting on the training days, Helen Bray, Utopia's Marketing Director, said, "With so many new products and exciting plans for the future, it's more important than ever that bathroom specialists are able to visit us here for in-depth training.
