Ideal Standard on the Home Show

Ideal Standard International, a leading provider of innovative, design-driven bathroom solutions has recently had key pieces from its collection featured on Channel 4's hit TV show 'The Home Show'. Ideal Standard has supplied products to three of the houses in the second series.

The Home Show features architect and TV presenter George Clarke completely renovating houses using owners budgets ranging from £40K - £180K. Clarke works closely and carefully with each family, taking into account their lifestyles and transforms their properties into a fantastic living environment.

George Clarke elected items from the Jasper Morrison collection for the Bushey Heath and Hertford properties. This collection has a straightforward design with signature soft square shapes and oval interiors echoed throughout each piece.

Understated in design, the collection offers a complete bathroom solution including WCs with close coupled, back-to-wall and wall-hung suites. All have a soft-closing seat option that uses a special hinge system to lower the seat and lid slowly as well as reduce 'seat-slamming'.

Also available within the Jasper Morrison collection is an extensive range of ceramics to choose from including pedestal, hand-rinse and vessel basins, three baths, accessories, matching furniture and a urinal, with designs are aimed at a wide range of homeowners as well as commercial establishments such as washrooms and hotels.

The Create range, designed by Robin Levien, Royal Designer for Industry is used in the Harrow property as shown on the Home Show. This range offers a series of core products - WC suites, bathtubs and storage furniture and Ducting - to which customers choose from a variety of cisterns and washbasins to add their own styling. There are three choices of styling pieces named Edge, Drift and Square.
