Vogue (UK) hosts the annual Combined Buyers Association

Designer radiator and heated towel rail manufacturer, Vogue (UK) Ltd successfully hosted the annual Combined Buyers Association meeting on Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th August 2009.

Kick starting the meeting, Vogue (UK) Ltd began the two day event with an introductory talk followed by an informative tour of the factory. Illustrating the company's commitment to quality craftsmanship, Vogue (UK) Ltd demonstrated the incredible amount of labour and hand finishing that goes into each product through its team of dedicated craftsmen. While other companies have moved their factories abroad, Vogue (UK) Ltd's commitment to the UK has made it the largest towel warmer and design radiator manufacturer within Britain.

During the tour, Vogue (UK) Ltd also drew attention to how it is dedicated to environmental issues. Ensuring a smaller carbon footprint than imported goods, Vogue (UK) Ltd has invested in a new recycling system that has reduced its landfill waste by 66%. Vogue (UK) Ltd has also made progress with its packaging and can now boast that 80% is biodegradable.

Attendees to the event particularly commented on Vogue (UK) Ltd'sproduct offering, its environmental efforts and commitment to manufacturing within the UK. Delegate Carl Bridge of James Hargreaves commented, "Since the visit to Vogue (UK) LTD, my view of the company has completely changed. The team is passionate and the attention to detail is a pleasure to see. After the factory trip you gain so much confidence in the product". He added, "nice to see manufacturing within the UK. I think the public are really coming round to wanting UK produced products where possible".
