New sector support manager for Kaldewei

Kaldewei, Europes leader for steel enamel baths, is investing in a total new Channel Marketing Strategy. The total restructure of its Sales and Marketing operations has been put in place to ensure improvements to customers at every single point of contact with the company.

From January 2010, Lois Paffett and Teresa McLoughlin have joined the team as Sector Support Managers: Teresa with responsibility for bathroom retailers and end consumers, and Lois for the specification market. This channel-focused approach will ensure that the detailed needs of each specific business sector are understood and can be met in the form of professional and effective marketing support and improved after sales service for all Kaldewei customers.

Together with Marketing Manager, Matt Watson, the new team of three marketeers is strengthened in number and support by the growing, dedicated Sales Department led by Marc Nation, who recently joined the team in January 2010 as National Sales Manager.

Teresa and Lois come to Kaldewei with a fresh perspective as they both have professional marketing experience which has been gained from outside of the bathroom industry. Having recently returned from induction training at the Kaldewei head office in Ahlen, Germany they are now enthusiastically producing detailed channel marketing plans for their specific customers groups.
